Membership Level Question

At one of the membership level, I had setup to give a member the ability to add a function (lets say video); 1 every 30days. But once the member has added the alloted video and he/she deletes it within the 30 days, they cannot add another one. They have to wait for the time to elapse before being able to add another one.

Does the system not reset the count if you delete it? Or can you only edit it? How does it work?

System decrements the number of available actions each time the action take place.

When you are deleting the video you doesn't undo the "upload video" action you just do another action "delete video". Therefore the counter of actions is not incremented.

Yes, you should be able to edit the already uploaded video. But unfortunately you won't be able to reupload new video file, you can update video description fields (title, tags, category, etc) only.
