Membership- Remove Comments?

okay i created a new membership level for moderators.  Everything's looking good however I notice that  moderators can't delete profile comments. They can delete their own.  As you see below, there is no "Comment remove" on the action list.   I only see "comments remove own"





Is it possible to add "comment remove" to the list so moderators can delete any profile comments?  It's quite important to have that for moderators. Let me know.  Thanks
