Membership Upgrade Page is Empty

Hello All,

I recently started attempting to use memberships and I am having an issue.  The upgrade page is empty - that is the content of the page is empty - the site header, footer, etc are still there and no message.  

Here's what I did, i created a 2 new memberships 1) Test Membership with a 365 day option for 2 and 2) Another Friend of Emmaus Road Society - for which i have several users already assigned, but just recently added a price for lifetime for 999999. the second one has existed prior to dolphin 7 being installed (over a year ago) - i have dolphin 7.0.6 and faithfully upgrade.

The interesting thing is that i vaguely remember disabling memberships in the 6.x days as i had been manually assigning folks to the Friends of ERS membership.  (I am really not sure if i did anything or not)

Any suggestions as to what i should do to get the upgrade page working or what to start looking at?

To resolve this issue, I went into the admin backend under tools.  I selected Modules.  Scroll down and look of module 'Membership' under 'Installed Modules' - i checked it and chose uninstall. 

At the top of the admin page, I clicked the Admin Home icon.  Under the Clear Cache section, I cleared all the caches and when i say all, i mean that i clicked every cache clearing option available.

I went back to Admin, Tools, Modules.  Scroll down. under 'Not Installed Modules' section.  Check 'Membership' and click install.

After that it worked...
