Membership level and Password Protected Chatroom

I have problem with membership level. i tried to enable a membership level that i created. i restrcted standard members from some access but to my greatest surprise, they can still access this i didnt enable in the ACTION on membership level. what can i do on that. i thought whatever i ask them to do they can do.

2ndly, if a member open a password protected chatroom, it does not work. even when they remember their password. it shows password incorrect. i have asked or looked for possible problem in the forum. i saw related topics without solution. does anyone have a fix to this? hope to hear soon.

i know boonex respond to problem more than this. where is everyone? can someone atleast answer me? i am feeling ignored

Not sure I completely understand the first issue. You create a new membership level, setup the permissions of 'what' that membership level and access. You have disabled some of the access for the Standard membership, but yet they can still access everything? Can you be more specific?

Also, do you have caching enabled for your site? May need to clear it.

As for the Chatroom issue, have you validated this yourself? Did you try to create a password protected chatroom and try to login using that password? I have never had any issues with it before.

Zarcon exactly what i mean. yes i have tried the password room before and i could not enter. it shows password not correct

i do not have cache enable in my site. am not sure what the problem is right here. so does anyone have any solution to this?

Protected rooms problem will be fixed in Dolphin 7.0.8.

Can you provide me with more speciffic details about memberships problem? How can I reproduce that?
