Membership level permisions

am I nuts..  well ya but  I looked over 7.0 a few weeks ago and there were about 100 actions avalable in membership levels now i see only 9  what am I missing here,,, anyone please

Did you uninstall the modules? If so, you removed almost every action in the membership permissions. Try to reinstall the modules you miss.
