Menu Builder Doesn't Load

I currently have Dolphin 6.1.6 installed on my site and when ever I go to the admin and select Menu Builder it just continues to load, and never actually loads.

I am using Firefox Version 3.5.1

I have tried it in Internet Explorer and it does the same thing.

Please let me know how to fix this.

It works perfectly, but it doesn't work perfectly on mine. Y is this?

I fixed this...I don't know what was wrong...but all I did was just remove everything and reinstalled it.
