Message Boards

Does anybody else have this problem? When I click on the boards link in the main navigational menu, it just leaves a blank spot in the middle of the page with no way to do anything. Then after I click on it one time it is no longer a link. All the other buttons are like off grey and are links but after I click on the boards button once it is no longer a link. If anybody else has this problem and have fixed the issue so their boards work I sure would like to know how you did it.

I might be confused, but it sounds like you're saying when you click a button the menu bar, it turns from a link to a static text.  That's normal functioning of the menu bar script if so.

If you want to refresh the page, I'd say use the browser refresh button.

Do me this favor to help test the menu: 

Go to your site & click "Boards" in the menu. 

Now, click "Members" in the menu.

Now try to click "Boards" again.

If you can click "Boards" after clicking something else then all is working as it should, it's just doing what celtic said and disabling that button while you are on that page.

Please go to Admin ->  Plug Ins -> Ray Suite and see if the Boards are "Enabled" or "Disabled".  If they are Disabled, please turn them on.

Is the plugin in the Ray Suite called Whiteboard? If it is, then it is enabled and I have the latest version of the widget. I do however possibly know the problem, but I don't know what to do about it. I also have a blank page when I click on Upload Video or Upload Music. This might have something to do with the main settings of the Ray Suite itself. Right now I have my sight name for site name, use RMS is unchecked, RMS address is ms.boonex.com, RMS port is 10000, RMS http port is 10080, Widgets preloader backcolor is FFFFFF, and send flash applications backwards is checked. I don't know if these settings are correct, these are default settings. But if these are wrong, maybe that is why music, video and boards all give me a blank page. Or the boards in the Ray Suite is not the Whiteboard app anyway and I am way off base. Any ideas?
