Message Destination

Hey guys.  I would like to set compose.php so that it automatically emails a notification that a member has a new message in their inbox.  I don't want them to choose, and I don;t want the message to go to their email, just the notification.  Pls advise.

Go to advanced settings and check "Anonymous mode" - I think that is all you have to do.  Seems to confuse a lot of people, the defaults should probably be reversed on that.

I have done all the above; but it is not sending an email to let them know there is a message waiting for them.  What do you think?  Is there maybe a file permission issue?
