Message Subject: =?UTF-8?B?RnJpZW5kIHJlcXVlc3Qgd2FzIGFjY2VwdGVk

I'm trying to figure out what I've got set up wrong with my email messages.. the subject keeps coming up like this! I've gone to the administrative panel and tried recompiling my English language, but have suspicions that it is something else.. hope someone can direct me to the proper correction! Thanks!

Use Sendmail instead of Postfix, or use this solution here.

I was never able to get the second solution to work though, it may have been me being thick and impatient though.
