Meta Tags

Hi,

Which file I can update the Meta tags for both description and keywords?

The meta section in the admin panel do nothing! When I see the source of my site's home page I cant see any keywords and description there!

While a site is under developement, turn off the caching options in admin under settings->advanced settings -> Templates.

Dolphin is most likley showing a cached copy.

Clear the cache,cache_public and tmp folders on the server except for any .htaccess file that might be there.

Leave caching off until your site is done.

the meta tags can be added from within the meta tags option but the title and the meta tags keywords, description and title does not show throughout the websit.

How can this be set
