Might have found a serious bug

I might have found a serious bug in Dolphin 7.0.9.

Can someone please confirm this:

If the user has chosen NOT to receive site notification then he will also not be able to get a "new password" email via forgot.php.

At least that is what happens for me, I have of course double checked so I know that users that has the site notification checked do get the email.

Can someone please confirm this issue?

Just checked on the demo site, and disabling site notifications doesn't break password recovery.

That is interesting, I wonder how i have managed to brake this. I will keep investigating then.
