 My current social site is running on BuddyPress, and whilst I dont want to migrate the whole database I wondered if anyone knew how I could migrate just my users into Dolphin?
Is it possible, or is it a case have having to add old users as new users on the D7 site myself? |
There is no migration script for buddyPress so you would have to migrate everything by hand. Please keep in mind that a Blogging community on Buddypress is extremely diferrent than a social community based on Dolphin. People that registered to your site for the blogging capabilities may not be so happy with such a change! |

The site I am currently running isnt so much used for the blogging functionality, more over for the interaction between members in groups, events and forums. |
