Misc Info block missing

I noticed in editing and checking my test profile that the Misc Info block in pages block profile page is completely missing. It is not even in the inactive area. I know it is there on the profile builder page with all the additional blocks underneath. But then in viewing and editing it, it's not there. Shouldn't that have been standard with the installed software? How can I remedy that not knowing any php/mysql?

now run this sql query

page builder ==>profiles = activate the new block

Have you checked the "info" page under the member's profile? Misc. Info shows up there under the name "Additional Information."
