I don't believe that file exists. Are you perhaps looking for pedit.php?

If the file is from a modification you purchased, you will need to talk to the developer of the modification. This file is not in the default Dolphin package, as far as I can tell.

The file is in Dolphin 6.1, but not Dolphin 7. If you're using a modification that requires this file, it may have been made for an older version.
