I am at a loss. All of the required data is in the database for these
blocks; they appear in the pagebuilder however they do not show up in
the browser on the userside. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Apparently, I am a bonehead. Looks like the friends block started displaying when I actually added a friend...jeez. Now I am going to test the other "missing" blocks.
