Missing browse video upload button

After uploading the one and only video i cannot get a "browse" button in the upload screen. it just missing.
No user can upload videos now.

When viewing the video, the controls to pause, stop or play are also missing.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I just reinstalled again. Got the browse button. uploaded a new file and then all the control buttons dissapeared and the upload browse button is gone again.

There must be a solution to this.

The video module of Dolphin is a really weak area. If anyone has a solution please let me know.
