Missing langs/lang_en.php

I seem to be missing the langs/lang_en.php file...even when i download a fresh copy of dolphin 7.0.9

That file is created when Dolphin is installed, it isn't included in the zip. Go to admin and complile the language, it will be created.

administration -> settings -> language settings -> check mark by language -> compile

I see no language to select...i can create...but don't know the code...and no default language listed

Is this by any chance a brand new install? If so i would install again. You should at least have the default english language listed. If it's not there then either it also was somehow deleted from the database, or something went wrong when dolphin was installed.

If this is not a brand new install, then you will need to go to backups. Without even the default language listed it may be impossibe to fix.

yeah...new install...which means reinstall...sounds good
