 Ran into this a couple of months ago and thought the problem was resolved? My members are disappearing! Have lost about 20 members over the last week and have already adjusted the database setting for old profiles- so that's not it. Also checked on their join dates and its not that their memberships are expiring. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden, members are un-joining? Any suggestions on what else might be deleting these profiles? Using Dolphin 6.1.4. Thanks. |
Are you sure they are really gone in the database, and just not displaying? As recently discussed, a missing Date of Birth field can cause this. - Rob |
I am basing my "missing members" comment on the number of Active members showing on my dashboard in the admin panel. Used to be near 770, now is 712. When I login to my site, I see 704- so I figure about 8 have incorrect dob- which I believe. But I'm not sure where everyone else is? Once a member no longer shows in the dashboard- are they also removed from the database? |
