Mistery called Chat on D7...

I have to ask you members to resolve mistery that i have. As a admin of the site i have Standard membership, on the membership page under settings for Standard member say Use chat, only non-member can'not use chat... Now, if you are register on the site, you get the standard membership, but you can'not use chat??? That meane, i like an admins of the whole site can use the chat even if i am standard member like all members. Please login and register to my site and test this mistery, you are be able to enter the chat app, but you will dont see any one and you can wright or place smilies...

It would honestly seem to me that your flash application files became corrupted somewhere along the way. Have you tried re-uploading the chat folder under flash/modules/?
