Mobile App

Anyone having issues getting the app to connect to their site? I downloaded the app and click the Add Site button. Once I type in the URL and press the check button, it just sits there stating working. It never adds either one of my dolphin based sites.

 I just tested 7.1.6 with android and it works you will need to put the full address to the path and if it redirected then put the sub domain

I have entered the full path and no sub-domain. For some reason it's not working now. Used to always work. Very strange. It doesn't work on my 7.2 site either.

 i just check my 7.2 website with it and its not working i can't log in and i know it should work. So i guess their is a bug with the app

Possibly. I am guessing maybe the app in the play store isn't updated yet to work with 7.2. Usually, they have to update the app and then resubmit to Google. May soon notify my phone that a new update is available for Dolphin. We shall see.

Now im getting error http status code 302! =200

I've just rechecked iOS app, I was successfully added 7.2 site, login and other functionality is also working.

Please note, that since 7.2 mobile apps can connect to the registered sites only!

302 HTTP code means temporary redirect, 200 is success code, so when you add the URL to the mobile app it 

is redirecting to another location, please point the URL without redirect.

Thanks for the reply, however, both of my sites are registered and neither of them are using redirects.

It's working now. I updated the site to 7.2 and left off the www in the url when adding the site and it works fine. I am sure it was probably just needing to leave the www off in the url versus having to update to 7.2 as I have had 7.1 site before using the app to connect.
