Mod installation failed

I tried to install the mod: Profile Customizer by Boonex and it failed. Stated:

-- Checking permissions:
-- -- You need to change permissions for the following files and folders:
-- -- public_html/modules/boonex/profile_customize/data/images - Writable

I checked the permissions at the above location like I did all the other mods I installed but this one says "no records found" when I looked in "images". How can I check permissions if there is nothing there to check? Is there an error with this mod? Any suggestions?

They are talking about the folder itself .... Change the permissions for the 'images' folder

i have the same problem, i installed ads and article modules but i couldn't install avatar. the permission for the folders are also all

right.

drwxr-xr-x (for avatar folder and subfolders)

rw-r--r--    (for files)

Just a little (itty-bitty) question: what permission level did you set them to (numerical)?

i got it right. now i installed it.

actually i had to change the permission to 777 of /modules/boonex/avatar/data/tmp/.
