Moderators and Setting limitations

I want to give limited access to a moderator.  However, how do i set up limits for what a "Moderator" is able to access.

Thank you for telling us how to go about Logging In  as a Moderator:

Log in at yourdomainname.com/moderators

I just cant get over the fact that Dolphin, Ray, & Orca don't have a "Help" menu to answer this trivial but important questions.

I did look in:
Admin/Advanced Settings/Membership Levels

However, I only found setting for end users. Didn't find any settings for what a "Moderator" can or can't access. Please this is very important. can anyone help.

When i logged it as one of the Moderators I set up the only thing the was available is to View and Approve New member email addresses. Absolutely not useful at all.

the only thing I've read hear that remotely addresses this is to make them "Administrators" as well. However, that defeats the entire purpose of trying to create "Moderators".

can I also make another admin? I work with someone on my site and she also needs to get in the adminpart, but I don't want to give her my login.

I want to make on of her own. can this be done?

Yes.

1. you can find the user in the table profiles and set there role to 3.

2. you can download deanos tools 1.5 i think it is from the market for free and set them as an admin from within the deanos tools.
