Modifying "About Us" and "Privacy Policy" Pages

Can we modify the "About Us" and "Privacy Policy" pages without a license?

This can be done by navigating to your administration panel > Settings > Languages and searching for the text you wish to edit. For example, if you wanted to edit the About Us page, you would put into the search field "about" and click "apply." You would then click "edit" next to the entry marked "_ABOUT_US (System)." You can use the same method for every other page you wish to edit.

These pages are written in HTML, so you must format all text in this manner.

I've tried removing the Privacy tab with no luck. I have deleted all that pertain to privacy but the tab still shows up. Any pointers?

After doing so, you must empty the ./cache and ./cache_public directories, leaving the .htaccess file intact.

and this is through admin panel or server?

This is to be done from the server.
