Module Languages won't recompile

I installed several mudules and the languages won't recompile.  So I dolphin 7 shows thelanguage code on the site.

When I try to recompile it shows this error

Recompilation of language file(s) in Articles Failed

: An error occured. Contact with module's vendor

Any ideas?

it's a bug if you use other language and not en.

Yes, I tried to add the language other than English because I couldn't post Chinese text in forum.

I can input Chinese text and displayed them fine in forum editor, but failed to submit it to forum. I can

post Chinese text in Comments, title of videos, photos, groups and so on. I don't know why not work

for forum and can't find any answer so far.
