Module flash app

pls  help

when i open why my module flash app on my administration it says not installed

how can i fix it thanks... in advance

Who is your Hosting solution? are you using Dedicated? It sounds like the modules need to be installed..

If some of the modules say not installed, check to see if it gives you the option to install via the module listing itself.  For example, whenever I upgrade the RMS I have to install the whiteboard over again, I do so by click on on modules>flash apps>whiteboard and it gives me a link to install.  Do you have something similar?

but the problem is i dont have link to install it just say not installed... how can i fix this pls...
