Module installation Problem

Hello,everyone,though am starter here and so i know only a little about dolphin. I recently installed dolphin 7.2 successfully without any problem. Firstly, during my process of installing modules,every other module seems to install fine but this particular (sound) module as failed to install but instead sticks to the website without being installed,i tried accessing the installed tab,it's not there. Is there any way i can get rid of it? Secondly, i don't seem to be able to upload any file,either picture or video,if it does,it won't show up but instead creates a small empty sign of it. I would really appreciate your response.

You can increase the memory limit in the php.ini file, but I think you're best of asking your hosting provider to do this for you.

oh..thanks,could that be the reason pictures don't upload??

I would expect an error message about memory exhausted. This more looks like a time out during the upload

So how can i fix this?
