Modules for Admins only

Is it possible to use a module for the admin only?  I would like everyone coming to my site to be able to see what I'm putting up, but I want the only one to be able to actually put in content to the module. Is this possible?

Something like this maybe... http://www.boonex.com/m/Admin_Bulletins

Or use either an "News" or "Articles" module that only a site admin can add content to.  Or maybe Anton's Notes module.  How about a blog module that only an admin can add content to.  Or all of the above if your creating a site that only admins can add content.  In other words, 'yes' you can setup some modules so only a site admin can add content.

You could disable actions by membership.

Dedicated servers for as little as $32 (28 euro) - See http://denre.com for more information

Thanks for your responses.  This would apply to a photo module that I purchased called Photo albums (Art module) deluxe. I have tried turning off membership actions, but the buttons are still there for uploading.  I would like the editing/uploading type of buttons in the module to only show for admin.

Would have helped if you'd mentioned that to begin with ;-)

Some modules have an option to limit who can add content.  If there is no easy way to do it in your Photos module then you can edit the code for the module's (main?) page to only display the Add/My buttons for admins then either use the admin Page Access module to only allow admins to view the page(s) used for adding photos... or you can add code to the add/edit photos pages to only allow access for admins.  If you're not comfortable editing php pages then consider hiring someone to make the changes... should take less than an hour.
