Modules in Admin Area

I would love to see some of the modules' administration updated so that you aren't taken back to the very first page every time I perform an action on an item.  As it is, I may be on page 500 (ok, so I don't go back that far looking for stuff to feature), but when I select a photo, video, etc., and click the feature button, I have to start all over at page 1.  :)

I have been complaining about stuff like this for a long time. The admin is not the only area. Even browsing through photos on the site, viewing a profile and going back resets to page one. It sucks. But i don't see a fix for this kind of stuff in the near future.
