Moved Site - RMS not working

I moved my Dolphin 7 site.  Now the RMS won't connect.  The RMS provider says all is still good on their end, that it is a problem with the server.  It is the same hosting company, just a "faster" server.

What should I check?

Do you have a new IP?  Most RMS restrict conntection by IP and they will need to update your server info to reflect any changes like that.

This is what I thought.  However, when I contacted them they insisted that access was given to the domain and not IP.

From the one's I've seen it is by IP but they could be different.  Who's the host?

Arvixe is the one hosting the RMS.  However, my site is with another host.  I bought the Arvixe hosting deal just so I could access their RMS. 

They gave me permission to do this.

Do you know if it is possible to upgrade your script with the current version of Dolphin 7.

 

I'm ready to wipe out my site and start over, but I don't want to lose everything.

Current official version of dolphin is 7.0.0.
