Movies Stuck on "Video is being Processed"

Hello,

My partner & I bought the Movie Zone Module by mods4dolphin. We had issues immediately with uploading the files. We played around and figured out the problem was in our php.ini file settings. So we upped the post_max & upload_max size to 5 gig and also change the max_execution & max_input to 1 hour in our php.ini file, since movies are much larger than normal video clips which is what the normal Video Module is intended for and now it uploads the file fine. We are having one issue though...

Now when trying to view the Movie it says "Video is being processed", this happens with regualar videos too sometimes and since mods4dolphin told us the Movie Zone Module works off the same stuff that the default Videos Module does that he/she cannot help us. Has anyone else encountered this problem or can anyone help us figure out what is going on?

We're also having issues with RMS Connecting within the Flash Modules, which is odd since our Chat Room Software has to run off of Red5 and Red5 is RMS. We also use Wowza and FMS too, but want to solely use Red5 for dolphin.

Is your cron job setup and working? The cron job is what processes the videos.

yeah, we're working on it now seems its an execution time issue within php.ini and h264 codec issue, not completely sound on that yet. Nathan is helping me try and figure it out if u have any ideas please share them.

I disabled the codec in video comments and video player also upped max execution to 5 hours instead of one hour and imma try another movie upload & see what happens.
