Moving to new server...

Im moving some test builds over to a new shared server to clean up my dedicated a little...

Can someone clarify anything else that I need to do other than the following

backup - upload databse

backup - upload site

change DNS nameserver to new server

Modify header.inc to point to new server

Im not 100% on the database as surely I then need to add database user on new server to link to that database?

Also, in header.inc there is a password for database user - database. Looks like this is encrypted?

Do I just create database user, attach to database (on new server) then add password - unencrypted to header.inc?

Is there anything else?

by default there is no encrypted password in header.inc.php

Thought the password related to database user was encrypted. Maybe not then.

Is there anything else should need doing?

backup site & db
modify dns

upload to new server
create new db
create new db user
restore db

empty all cache folders

make the changes in header.ini.php
