Moving users to new server

I'm in the process of moving my dolphin site to a new server with hopes of having better support and getting the video application to run. I want to move my users over along with the photos they have posted. I don't have many users but would still like to get them moved over. I would also like to move the groups if that is possible. I'm running Dolphin 6.1.4 the free version on both the old and new server. Can someone please tell me what files I would need to pull from the old server to the new. I've never really done this before.

Are you using Cpanel ? on both servers ?

The manial way is:

1) copy the database

2)You would need to copy the media dir over

There are a few other odds and ends, but that is the gist of it.
