Im trying to configure amazon s3 plugin for moxiemanager to save server space if people upload crazy amount of images in the forums. Problem I got is I was told to goto this website to configure s3 for moxie

It states S3 is only available to enterprise license customers. But looking at that tutorial document it does not explain where this code has to be placed?
Anyone have experience with moxie and setting it up on S3?
