Multiple accounts tied to one user

I want to be able to create multiple accounts under one login, e.g. someone joins and creates an account about cats and other about dogs and another about rabbits. Each account would be different and have followers interested in that topic or account type. When the user is logged in they would see their different accounts and could toggle between each vs. having to login to each one seperately. So can this been done in Dolphin 7? Is there a Mod that I am missing that already has this functionality? I deeply appreciate any help the forum members can provide regarding this endeavor. 

You're not going to find a how-to in the forums for something this complicated.  Your best bet is posting a job offer and having a developer implement this.

Any suggestions on who would have the best expertise in regards to our request?
