Music Upload Issues

Hi Guys,

Is anyone else having this same issue?  I have been testing the music uploads and have noticed that I can upload music from profile music but not from the upload music hyperlink, as it won't save.

Is this normal?  Or do I need to adjust something?

Hi Dos,

The music is uploading into pending mode but its not saving into the database, using the uploading hyperlink.  Ironically, videos do save after uploading via the upload video hyperlink

can you try to change the setting in hte admin section of the ray music player to auto approve and try again? also if its in pending mode, have you went to your admin panel and approved the file. the files dont upload to the database, they are stored in a media files directory.

I've solved the problem.  If anyone is having this same problem, just go into admin panel/plugin/ray suite/music play and select the song that is pending.  scroll down to the + symbol at the bottom of the console and click approve.

However, I am now having problems trying to approve profile videos.  If someone can help, I would be much appreciated.  I go into the ray suite, click on video player and select the video; but I can't play or approve the video.  The console appears to be completely inactive.
