Music and video copyright

I wonder how should i protect my self from music and video copyright ?

In some countries you can't just let everyone to upload in your server what ever they want so how can i protect my self from the copyright hammer ?

cool thanks , you see i wanted only to keep Embed video instead of Regular upload or flash upload how can i do that ?

I need only Embed in the List is that possible because i checked the admin panel but there's nothing that let u make your choice , am talking about 7.0 !
