 I'm not sure what happened but my HTML Block window does not show the toolbar or menu items. I'm unable to do any adding of HTML or editing. I attached a snapshot of the HTML window to show you what I'm talking about.
Does anyone know why this would happen or how to fix this?

No answer for you on this, wish I had one, because I encounter the same thing when I'm editing page blocks CONSTANTLY. It's random, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and the little box it gives you is even tinier than the too-small-html block!!
The only possible reason I've thought of that this happens is that there is "too much" entered into the box as it seems to happen more often w/ heavily filled html boxes.
(And it's only happened on the html boxes on the admin side for me, never in the tiny mce boxes. Those have gremlins all their very own, this isn't one of them.) |
It's rather frustrating that this has happened. It's hard for any of our users to post anything without the editing options. DosDawg, this problem is happening on all browsers. |
