My license is not saved in admin?

Hi

 

I just installed a new copy of Dolphin (last version) all was ok , no errors.

When I try to insert my license in Admin, is not saved.

I tried multiple times, cleared the cache, not working ...

Any solution?

A few things to check, is the license associated with the correct domain name?  You can check that in your Boonex account.  The Boonex licensing server may have been busy; I would try again.  Make sure the license is entered correctly.

I had that problem and found out that my .htaccess file was missing out of the root. But if all your pages are working then that can not be the case for you.

Glad it is fixed.  The way it works is that when you request the license to be added to your site, it contacts the licensing server, checks the domain that you entered in your Boonex account and if all is good, it adds some bits to the database.  Once a license request is completed, then it does not need to contact the licensing server again so you don't have to worry about your site becoming unlicensed in the future.  If you decide to change the domain name, then you log into your Boonex account, change the domain associated with the license, then go into your admin and request the license again.
