I having the same issue. Before you just have to use the license code and register it. But now I am using the same method I used to do before but I am finding "undefined" which mean I can register the widget.

I have send many request to boonex technical support which claim to help people wiht permanent licence but never receive any feedback. I am in middle of doing some presentation but I don't know when they respond to my inquiry.I find they should have some type of knowledge based where member could go and find help for themself. Requesting Boonex support is like playing a lotto because you never if they will even respond to your inquiry.

if your license says unregistered, there are a few things we can try to rectify this situation.

1. login to admin, settings --> advanced settings --> variables

(here you will see a license number if you had previously utilized a free license, remove it, scroll to the bottom and hit save)

2. log out of admin panel, login to ftp or SSH whichever you prefer, from ftp open the cache dir, do a select all then deselect (ctrl+rightclick), then hit the delete key on the .htaccess file. this should remove all files except for the .htacess file. you want to keep that file in that directory.

3. back up a level on the directory tree, and open the cache_public directory, in this directory you can do a select all, and hit delete, removing all files from this directory.

4. clear your history and browser cache, dropping all cookies

5. get your license number at the ready so you can supply it when dolphin asks for it.

6. open a browser, and navigate to http://yoursite.com/administration

7. provide login credentials for admin

8 . at this time, you should be prompted to enter your license number, enter your license number and login

9. next time the callback() check is made, your site will bind the license number to the database which controls the licenses.

if that doesnt work, you have other issues, and most likely something is not enabled, that would allow the callback() function to work.
