My site has been blocked

Hi, can you please let me know what to do if my site has been blocked ie: http://www.whyknot.co.za

I can't even access the admin area to change the settings:

Total security impact threshold to send report:
Total security impact threshold to send report and block aggressor:

to -1.

I have been receving hundreds of emails lately to the effect of  "http://www.whyknot.co.za/ -  security attack was stopped!".

I am assuming it has been blocked because of all these attacks.

I have Dolphin version 7.0.0 installed.

How do I get my site unblocked?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

You need to contact your hosting provider to see if they have blocked your site due to these attacks. If they have then you should have recieved an email from them to inform you of this. Best to use online chat at your hosting providers support site for quicker response and resolution to your problem. If it was your hosting provider, then only they can unblock it.

Regards

Jim

That is a built-in security system in dolphin called PHPIDS that is disabled by default now on the last couple of versions of dolphin. Your receiving these messages because you must have enabled it with settings are a way to low.

Thanks for the help. I have managed to fix it by contacting the hosting company and changing the security settings to a high impact level.

thanks

you should put the settings to -1 on both, so that turns that crappy attempt of security OFF.

Thanks for the help. I have managed to fix it by contacting the hosting company and changing the security settings to a high impact level.
