My site just stop working

Can somebody , please help me on the mesage I am getting. my site will not open at all.

can you contact your host, and ask if there were any changes made? if there were changes made, ask them to create a custom php.ini for you so that your site will again be operational.

let the host know you need to

allow_url_include is On

have this turned off.
