My user profiles get deacticvated. why?

I am still facing an issue when i log in as one of my Members and i edit the general info on the profile, their profile gets DEACTIVATED and it Automatically DELETES the new information. I must log in as admin and reapprove them.

Does anyone know what's the problem ...

For both of your last questions, go to SETTINGS from the admin dashboard and then MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

In settings, also check out your MODERATION SETTINGS. The second (middle) option should probably be blank for you.
