Query:

Mysql error: Unknown column 'ActualDateLastNav' in 'field list'

Found error in the file '/home/lworld/public_html/member_menu_queries.php' at line 75.
Called 'db_res' function with erroneous argument #0.

What does this mean and how can I fix it please as every time someone joins I get hundreds of these emails.

Default Dolphin package doesn't contain such code.

and until you figure out what the problem actually is, you could remove your Email from your cron settings and/or change your cron job to run at a lesser frequency to eliminate all the inbox clutter.
