 Fields builder issue.. can't add new Fields Item and got message " Sorry couldn't insert new item. Please check if NEW_ITEM already exists. " I try to delete "NEW_ITEM" in database and can adding NEW_ITEM but can't move or slide item. anyone can help? |
Did you look in both the profiles table and the profile fields table? - check the last entry again and see if anything is there. Then clear your cache and try again. I've never heard about not being able to "slide" an item - try clearing your browser cache also. |

By any chance do you have two "NEW_ITEMS" visible on your builder page - one in the active area, and one in the inactive area? I recently helped someone with a similar problem and that was the issue. |

I have no NEW_ITEMS on Fields builder only one in database and i try to rename and deleted and then i can adding new "NEW_ITEMS" but fix place can't be moving to any place.. don't know how can fixed their issue |

Hop into your DB via phpMyAdmin and see if there is one hidden per chance in the Active Fields. It may have gotten misnamed and is not showing up for you. We had a problem like this just the other day on D6 site where the Membership field (block 43) got renamed to Membership Levels and while you think it would show up fine, no matter what we did would get it to reappear until we corrected the name in the DB using the edit function. |

I am check intro my DB via phpmyadmin often and see nothing problem with database.. no hidden active Fields ... this issue can't fixed on Dolphin7? i have so many issue now not only NEW_ITEM Issue... and host with best hosting for Dolphin by web hosting partner of Boonex and i really don't know how to fixed.. some issue i wrote to owner developer but they still can't help, my license is ad-free.... i don't think that i will got a lot of issue like this... a few times that i was reinstall Dolphin7 right now. |
