i would be careful renaming those items, this is what i have found out and those of you who know, can pipe in and elaborate. you have a db_cache in your  inc directory. these admin navigation menu items are written to that db_cache, if you rename them, you can wreak total havoc. I would suggest dropping them to inactive, and starting from scratch with creating your new items and assigning the captions and language keys.

now those of you who have experience with this, please step in and help us out here. mrp, or jtadeo, should elaborate on this one, oh and sammie, and there are  few others that know what i am talking about here. renaming is a bad idea at least from my experience.

Navigation Blocks should be edited by clicking the block name and a window should appear but in my case, I can't. Somebody please tell me why and how. Thanks!

Why the windows are not apearing could be a number of reasons.

1) Javascript not enabled in your browser. Check it.
2) Java version out of date. go to http://www.java.com and try updating it.
3) New wacky popup blocker that blocks DHTML popups. Unlikely.
4) Something just plain broken.

If necessary, try a different web browser.
