Navigation Menu and Quick links

I downloaded Trivia contests Module and others, they do not appear in the member price menu but they appear in the Top Navigation menu and in the quick links in members account. (I do not need the this top menu)

Now when I want it not to appear in the Top navigation menu by going to page access control, it also disappears in the quick links

How I can sent my website, to have nothing appearing in the top navigation menu for all members and the guests but all the items not appearing in the members profile menu to appear in the members account page.

I need like this  menu whatever is not on member's profile menu (see below)

Member's Profile

You want to go to your admin, builders navigation.  There you can select items to edit .  Now, the menu that shows on a member's profile page is two; one for when the owner of the profile visits the page; and another for when anyone else views the page.
