Need Assistance on Technical support.

Hello guys, I am building an online community for my business.  I also purchased a theme (SUPERNOVA) by mastertheme.com. I am not a programmer nor a web designer, I am a business man.  I say this cause I am finding it a bit difficult to get this site up, since I was put to the task by my investors.  I will prove them that I can do it, because I believe and know I can.  But, I do need help from professionals like you.  Most of the public blocks don't show up in the home page.   I choose the blocks and assign them their corresponding  extension to have a certain design, but they simply don't show up in the page.  Also, the download module for the desktop, iPhone and Android apps, act like a picture, I am not able to select or click on anything.  How can I fix this, or who can help me fix this??????   I have to say that the group at mastertheme.com has been excellent and has been giving me great support, they actually access my admin and do the changes themselves, I am very amazed with such service.

Any Help or Assistance is greatly appreciated and needed.  Thanks.

I have problems with the boxes working properly.  I have the (supernova) theme and when I choose the public blocks (example: public video) for home page, the module doesn't show up.  Also my admin. control just displays text, look at the attachment for reference.  For now I really just need to have the blocks working properly.  Which should be a matter of technical support on Dolphin's end.  What good is selling a products who claims to be the most complete, and simply not working.

Some blocks on the home page do not show unless there is content. For example. The public videos block will not show up unless there are videos that are not set to private.

And if your sites admin panal actually lookes like your screen shot then you have a caching problem.

Go into admin under settings->advanced settings->templates and shut off all caching options. Then back to the admin dashboard and clear the cache.

And also provide a link to your site so we can see if we notice other obvious problems.

Go into admin->tools->host tools. Make sure this is not reporting any problems and that your server meets all the requirements to run dolphin.
