Need Urgent Help - IgorL's CCBill mod

Got it set up when site was in testing, all working ok, but was unable to test transaction as the live site was setup for that. Somewhat stupidly assumed with it all setup and hooking into the ccbill form, that the transactions would work! Now have rolled the updated site out live to 8000 members, have changed ccbill account to work with Igor's mod, but the ccbill form producing the errors;

"Username must be 4 to 16 characters long and may not contain spaces."
"Password must be 8 to 16 characters long and may not contain spaces."

I'm guessing the user details are not getting passed to the form. I have followed Igor's instructions, done and redone. Been trying to contact Igore for a few days now, and getting no response. I have members wanting to pay and unable to. Serious business crisis going on. Loosing a lot of my income now and getting desperate! Can anyone help please? Or anyone able to give Igor a prod and bring this to his attention?

Does anyone know if the mod is meant to pass username and password info to the ccbill form? The password is hashed any way. CCBill tell me that they can modify the account to not require username and password. I'm not sure if that's what needs to be done. It didn't say anything about that in Igor's instructions. I'm guessing Igor has gone on vacation or something as still no replies from him

OK it seems that ccbill account needed to be set not to require username and password. The transaction now works, and they show up in dolphin with user's details. However, the user account is not being upgraded automatically. Why is that?
