Need help seeting up stand-alone RMS server Win2k3

Anyone have some insight on this? Would appreciate any help or if someone happens to have flagged a forum topic on this matter so  I can research it. I'm really looking to create a Video Quality Mod for Video Comments like I did for Uploaded Videos and this is the one thing I have to get working .. but my D7 is on Linux shared server and my RMS is going on a Dedicated Windows 2K3 box.

Duh.. I have to have the ports open on the shared linux box don't I ... *forehead smack* - read that a thousand times and swore it didn't pertain to me :)
