Need help with Profile Type Splitter

Hi guys,

 Just installed Profile Type Splitter and set it up , but its not changing the form or doing anything when one goes to the join page. Anyone know what to do here?

Ahh I'm such a bonehead I figured it out. I didn't input the code I needed to as it explains in the installation. Working great now!

Moved.  This forum is for bugs in the vanilla product.
